Fujitsu Services originally known as ICL till 2002; builds upon the successful history of ICL which has been operating in Egypt for 66 years. ICL was one of the largest and long established suppliers of Information Systems in Egypt with more than 800 systems installed across the country.
Fujitsu Services Egypt is the 2nd line support centre for Fujitsu Services in the Middle East. Fujitsu Services Egypt employs about 250 staff of which about 180 are professional technical IT staff, serving Egypt, Kuwait, Jordan, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Lebanon, Bahrain, Yemen, Sudan and Libya.
Fujitsu Services Egypt head quarter is in Cairo with a branch in Alexandria the 2nd largest city in Egypt, in addition to workshops, and stores in the greater Cairo area. Technical support staff is located on-site at customer premises all over Egypt, whenever it is necessary.
Fujitsu Services Egypt provides a large number of comprehensive services ranging from Environmental consultancy and turn key services encompassing large LAN and WAN Network services, Customer Service Unit provides comprehensive break fix services plus a specialized health check consultancy service. Our training services provide both technical and management training services Field engineers are located throughout Egypt at service sites, in Cairo, Alexandria, Delta, Suez, Ismailia and Aswan areas. Groups of support engineers specialized in particular units are located in Cairo and Alexandria to provide back-up for field engineers.
