The technical support covers:
- The warrenty and maintenance coverage of FUJITSU and Fujitsu-Siemens sold products. Fujitsu Services Egypt has a professional lab at its premises for after-sales maintenance.
- The Arabization of the printers. Under the supervision of "Fujitsu ISOTEC in Japan", Fujitsu Services Egypt Arabised the full range of FUJITSU matrix printers.
- The development of an application interface between an application and the "Palmsecure" security system. Currently there is C++, VB and Java ready to run interfaces.
