Training does not stop with the need to enhance and improve the knowledge of key IT staff. With IT increasingly pervasive in organisations, from simple word-processing applications through to web design, it extends through to the end-users of technology and software.

Users who, while not technically skilled, still need to be proficient in using technology. Indeed, the successful roll out of new technology often rests on end-user acceptance and major new implementations can fail without it. At the same time as improving implementation plans, training also enhances productivity and increases the job satisfaction of end-users themselves.

Fujitsu offers both scheduled end-user courses and on-site programmes. Some, like the compressed updates of popular software packages, are designed to enhance existing knowledge and increase efficiency. Others are tailored courses, created on-demand to meet particular organisational needs - for example, the introduction of a new software platform.

In both cases, training in the full range of popular software packages is available, covering all releases at all levels.

Popular software suites like Microsoft Office are now used in most workplace office environments implemented by organisations seeking to maximise productivity, or in the home purchased by individuals wishing to produce high quality material. However, some users can be frustrated by their perceived complexity while others will be confident with the basic functions but want to further their knowledge or potential.
